  • Private Practice Recruitment − the effective recruitment of private practice lawyers, fee earners and legal support staff within law firms requires specialized expertise. Law firms demand that search firms respond quickly to their hiring needs with a high level of accuracy. We therefore work very closely with the managing and hiring partners of our law firm Clients to tailor the search according to their specific needs and requirements. We are highly focused on what we do and we are confident about the results we can achieve.
  • In-House Counsel Recruitment − the needs of in-house legal departments differ vastly from those of law firms, and finding talented lawyers for our corporate Clients can be a complex challenge. We are appreciative of these differences and challenges, which is why we always ensure that we clearly understand the needs of our corporate Clients and specifically address them in our search for the most suitable talent for our Clients.

We recruit lawyers at all levels of seniority for a broad range of companies, banks and financial institutions. This ranges from the world’s largest corporations to start-ups with fewer than 10 employees. We also recruit for specialist positions such as heads of compliance, senior company secretarial roles, contracts specialists, data protection specialists, as well as patent and trade mark agents.
